What is Dye Sublimation?

Dye sublimation is a digital print technology that allow the reproduction of full color images on a variety of surfaces. Dye sublimation on hard surface surfaces is possible because the surfaces have been coated using an innovative manufacturing processes that provide high-definition, durable photos that preserve images for generations. Instead of printing images directly on a surface, which may scratch easily, the image is infused into the coating to provide permanent protection and durability. The heat from the thermal printing head causes the atoms of the dye in the ribbon to excite. The amount of energy from the heat exceeds the amount of energy needed for the dye to move from the solid phase to the liquid phase, and the dye turns directly to gas (sublimates).

Stylish and ready for decoration. Essential for daily use and beautiful enough for any occasion. All white. We offer three sizes a 15 oz coffee mug, 12 and 17 oz Latte Cups all our cups are dishwasher and Microwave safe.

The polished slate has been coated with thick polyester based coating that will display your transferred images with outstanding clarity.
